Tape in float levels 1 -5
Level 1 – Tape Embedded
This is the first professional step to hide seams and reinforce joints.
Level 2 – Skim Coat Over Tape
This level is often enough for surfaces that will be covered with tile or in low-traffic areas.
Level 3 – Textured or Heavy Finish
This is the last stage before texturing, as the texture will be rougher than Level 3.
Level 4 – Classic Smooth Finish
This is the standard finish for walls to be painted or wallpapered.
Level 5 – Highest Finish
This is the smoothest possible finish, ideal for high-end interiors.
